If the connection feels right, and you feel ready to begin, we will next flesh out a more detailed project plan together that include scope of work, timeline and budget.
This is a co-created process. Your input will be needed to provide clarity on:
the scope of work (what you want me to do)
your objectives (what we are working towards, and what you want to get out of working together)
your budget and timeline
I will shape your input into a quote including a project plan, and map out a proposed journey together.

Substance – BRAND REFRESH AND EXECUTIVE COACHING
Substance creates thoughtful products and builds brands of substance.
When Australian-owned bio-pharmaceutical company BioRevive – now renamed Substance – was ready for a brand refresh, I worked closely with the CEO to determine the values, strategic direction and operational decisions needed to bring the new brand, and style of organisation to life. Over 6 months, we met one-on-one weekly, exploring their personal leadership journey through to tactical business decisions. The outcome is a renamed, rebranded purpose-driven business with the ethical operational processes to match.

Coles Group – WELLBEING PROGRAM FOR 120,000 EMPLOYEES
Coles Group is one of Australia’s largest retail chains including supermarkets and fuel stations.
In 2020 when the pandemic hit, Coles Group needed a wellbeing strategy to support their 120,000 employees in essential service roles across Australia. In my role as Head of Brand and Strategy at The Resilience Project, I led the design and implementation of a six month wellbeing program to support all employees – from retail stores, to distribution centres and head office. This included campaign videos, communications strategy, physical activations, and peer-support groups for managers.

WORTH foods – START UP BRAND STORY
WORTH foods shares premium snacks worth pausing for.
After a successful 45 years in the health food industry, Kate and David Worth sold their company Go Natural and started their next venture: WORTH foods. This was an opportunity to build a new brand from scratch – and they wanted to ensure their ethics, innovations and intentions were embedded into the foundations of the mission, vision and brand story. I supported these Founders to articulate their vision and create the brand brief that would inform the brand across all future marketing, packaging, and online assets.

The Inside Academy – LEADERSHIP PROGRAM & BUSINESS STRATEGY
The Inside Academy teaches leadership from the inside out.
After a decade of delivering workshops and programs around the world, the business was ready for a process of strategic planning and content consolidation. Over three months, I worked with the Founder to co-create a new language for the brand, streamline program offerings and define personal and business objectives for the next five years.
