Business as Soulwork is an intimate deep dive over six months that fuses the purpose and growth of your business, with the unique callings of your soul.
Meeting fortnightly over 12 sessions, this journey is built on the premise that our business goals, life dreams and visions for the world are akin to the soul speaking the lessons it wants to learn.
For many, our business and creative projects set the curriculum for the soul-growth and life experiences we yearn for.
Our soul can seduce us to follow seemingly impossible dreams.
Equally, they are impossible to ignore.

How it works,
how we work together:
Business as Soulwork offers you a consistent, in-depth and held space to explore yourself, your relationship with your business, and the needs of the business itself.
There is no set curriculum – the path is determined by what is most relevant and important to you. At the start of the engagement, we will map out your objectives and create a plan (in as much or as little detail as feels good for you).
Over the six months, I am here for mentorship, advice and accountability – but ultimately I am guided by you and the goals, structure and creative flow you are looking for.
When needed, I will offer structure, wisdom and more formal learning – drawing on a suite of themes, theories and frameworks to customise your journey according to what you need.

12 x one hour sessions, held online every two weeks over six months
Option to have a couple of sessions in-person amongst Nature on Dja Dja Wurrung Country (near Daylesford)
Email and voice memo support in between sessions
$3,000
One accessible spot is available at half price for $1500 AUD.
There is no criteria as to who is eligible for this – if you think you are, then you are. Depending on how many people are interested, then a short application process may apply.

About your mentor, Lucy (she/they).
I have 15 years experience in facilitation, business and social impact – from the grassroots in advocacy through to CEO and Board roles. Given the economy permeates every aspect of society and is essential to our survival, I truly believe we can (and must) harness the potential of business for good.
